How to allocate 1.5% of your tax
You can nominate an eligible public benefit organisation in your annual PIT return. This allocates part of tax due rather than adding a service fee. Transfer conditions depend on correct filing and tax payment.
The taxpayer chooses
Allocating 1.5% to an eligible public-benefit organisation is your choice. Our PIT preparation offer does not depend on choosing a particular foundation. You may choose another eligible organisation or none. Access to the service is not exchanged for consent. Before approving the return, you should see the selected organisation and be able to check its details.
Check the KRS number
Check the KRS number and eligibility for the relevant tax year using official information rather than a social-media graphic alone. If you specify a detailed purpose, copy it carefully according to the organisation’s guidance. The project’s foundation name and KRS remain placeholders: unconfirmed details are not presented as a ready-to-use nomination.
Draft, approval and acknowledgement
First review the draft: income, reliefs, refund account and the 1.5% choice. Appropriate approval must precede the next step; opening a document is not a signature or filing consent. After successful submission, keep the official acknowledgement. A draft and a filing acknowledgement are different documents and should be clearly labelled so preparation is not confused with submission.
If you want to change your choice
Before filing, request the change and review the corrected draft. After filing, changing an app preference does not automatically change the document accepted by the authority. Check the applicable procedure and deadlines. Identify the tax year and return in your request. The official tax guide explains allocation rules; your individual circumstances should be assessed using the complete return.
